a long-time customer, said the service
keeps him coming back.
"They spoil
me around here," said Thomas, who
lives in Madison Heights. "They'll
take you home and will bring you back."
Thomas also said he's pleased with the work they do. He first became a customer
years ago when he lived in Oak Park. He's been coming back ever since - even
after having moved further away - because of the quality of service given him
by both the Huffmans and the previous owners. "If I get good service, I
will return," he said. "If they give me bad service, I won't come back."
I'm a long-time customer always bring my car back to Tuffy Auto Service Center in Detroit. The Huffman's spoil me around here. Even after having moved further away in
Madison Heights and come to this Tuffy location only passing several on the way. I first became a customer years ago when I lived in Oak Park, because of the
quality of service given by both the Huffmans, I will continue to bring my car in for repair at Tuffy Auto Service Center in Detroit.

Tuffy provides efficient and accurate service in a welcoming environment. The customer service is excellent, and everyone
who works there is more than willing to provide you with information concerning your vehicle.
One customer stated that what impressed him most, besides the prices, was that he received a courtesy call.
He stated that he was in the sales business and courtesy calls are not something that you hear about on a regular basis. He also
mentioned running into the owners, Gerald and Nicole Huffman, at some Small Business Conventions around the city. The customer
was truly impressed with how Gerald and Nicole have been able to adapt to the customers in the city.
